These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NoSound Acoustics website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided
NoSound Acoustics provides professional acoustic installation services. Our services include, but are not limited to, the installation of soundproofing materials, sound absorption panels, and other acoustic treatments in residential and commercial spaces.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their project requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the dimensions of the space, desired sound levels, and any specific acoustic needs.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the project. Detailed payment terms are outlined in the project proposal.
5. Project Scope
The scope of each project is outlined in a written proposal. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope require written confirmation and may result in additional costs.
6. Liability
NoSound Acoustics will use reasonable care in performing its services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the provision of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
8. Changes to Terms
NoSound Acoustics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

Terms and Conditions – LuxPanels Promotional Offers
1. Eligibility
1.1 These promotional offers are available to customers of NoSound Acoustics (the “Company”) who purchase the supply and installation of LuxPanels within Australia.
1.2 Offers are only valid for new installations booked and confirmed during the promotional period stated on the flyer or advertisement.
2. First Installation Discount
2.1 A 10% discount applies to the customer’s first LuxPanels supply and installation project booked with the Company.
2.2 The discount will be applied to the total contract value (excluding GST, variations, and additional works not originally quoted).
2.3 This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Referral Cashback Offer
3.1 Existing customers (the “Referrer”) may receive 5% cashback on the total value of the referred customer’s (the “Referred Customer”) first LuxPanels supply and installation project.
3.2 The Referred Customer will also receive the 10% first installation discount as per Clause 2.
3.3 To qualify as a valid referral:
a) The Referred Customer must be a new client who has not previously received a quote or placed an order with the Company.
b) The Referrer must notify the Company of the referral prior to the Referred Customer booking the project or include the Referrer’s details in the initial enquiry.
c) The Referred Customer must complete and fully pay for their first installation project.
3.4 Cashback will be calculated at 5% of the total invoice value (excluding GST, variations, and additional works) of the Referred Customer’s first project.
3.5 Cashback will be paid to the Referrer within 30 days of full payment being received from the Referred Customer.
3.6 Cashback will be paid via bank transfer or applied as a credit note to the Referrer’s next project (as selected by the Referrer at the time of claiming).
4. General Conditions
4.1 All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time at the Company’s discretion.
4.2 Discounts and cashback are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash except as stated.
4.3 Only one Referrer is eligible per Referred Customer.
4.4 Any disputes regarding eligibility for discounts or cashback will be determined solely by the Company.
4.5 Projects that are cancelled, partially completed, or not paid in full do not qualify for the offers.
5. Liability
5.1 The Company is not responsible for any tax implications arising from cashback payments. The Referrer is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.
5.2 The Company’s standard terms and conditions of trade apply to all supply and installation projects in addition to these promotional Terms and Conditions.
6. Governing Law
6.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
